Airport information and help


Our Customer Service Ambassadors, otherwise known as 'bluecoats' for their distinctive coloured jackets, are on hand to offer passengers help when at the airport. They can help you find your way and direct you to what you need.

You can find the airport information helpdesks at a number of locations:

  • International terminal: Check in ground floor by door 4; Arrivals hall ground floor, Level 1 departures; Airside Level 1 after Customs and Security; Airside level 2
  • Domestic terminal: Air New Zealand regional end of the terminal and Central Desk by door 4, Air New Zealand bag claim.

The visitor information point offers exclusive rates for bookings on a range of transport, accommodation and activities for Auckland and the rest of New Zealand.
